How to record Zoom and Microsoft meetings without recording permissions?

***I must say following method was not implemented by me. I found it by a thorough googling. The reason I'm writing this is to give you a comprehensive knowledge.***

First, the app you have to use is ZDsoft screen recorder and when you go to their official site, it will give you only the 30 day trial version. Here I found a way to Activate the application. Currently it supports for Windows only.

System Requirements for ZDsoft application given below.

OS- Microsoft Windows XP / Vista / 7 / 8 / 8.1 / 10.
CPU- Intel / AMD 1.5 GHz or faster multi-core CPU.
RAM- 1 GB or more available system RAM.
HDD- 20 MB HDD space for software installation.
Graphics- NVIDIA / ATI / AMD / Intel graphics card / chip.
Software - Windows Media Player, VLC Player or PotPlayer.

Step 1 : Download ZDsoft application using above link.

Step 2 : Open the .exe file.

When you open .exe file initially it will compute whether your computer have the requirements to run the app or not.

After that the above setup wizard will display. You'll have to click on the 'Next' button.

Step 3 : Accept the End User License Agreement by clicking on the tick and press 'Next'.

Step 4 : In this step you will be able to change the destination folder. Destination folder is the directory where the ZDsoft application will be saved. I'm recommending to use the default path .

Step 5 : Then you will get the following window. Press 'Next' button to install the application in your computer.

Step 6 : Finally the below window will be appeared. Press 'Finish' to end the installation process.

Step 7 : Go to the search bar on the bottom-left corner in the task bar and type 'Screen Recorder' and it should be appeared as below.

Step 8 : Open the application by double-clicking on it or pressing 'Enter key' in the keyboard. Application loading stage is shown below.

Step 9 : After loading the app will be as follows.

Here, the application providing 4 options for the user.

Create How-to video
Capture online video
Record webinar/ Meeting
Record PC gameplay

Select the option according to your need. For this blog, I'm selecting 'Record Webinar/Meeting' option.

Step 10 : Then it asks me to select the area I want to record. All I have to do is click and hold the right mouse button and drag the cursor to select the area.(Note : This doesn't effect for the sound of the recording)

Step 11 : After selecting the area, following screen will be appeared and in this stage you can adjust the area you selected by adjusting the green rectangle. Press 'Record' to start recording.
